I was a graduating Mechanical Engineering student then at Mindanao State University - General Santos City when I was afflicted with a serious malady.

Because of that, I had to stop schooling and was admitted to a hospital on the fateful day of March 30, 2009. That was the saddest part of my life. It was really a near death experience.

I was diagnosed of pleural effusion and was advised to undergo open surgery in my lungs to get rid of all the obstacles hindering my lungs to expand to its full capacity.

That was also when I made the biggest decision in my life, i.e., by not undergoing the operation despite the insistent demand from doctors and the consent of my whole family.

More than two years hence, with God's help, I have recovered but still recuperating both physically and emotionally.

Today, I am a freelance copy editor, copywriter, and transcriptionist in outsourcing companies for 21 months now.

My insatiable hunger for knowledge and learning new things brought me here. I am fond of playing chess and guitar, and I have created several guitar tablatures to date.

I also love reading the Bible, which is my source of inspiration throughout the years. My favorite topic is about the nature of Christ, and I have been into lots of challenging debates about this topic.
